Hot Honey Baked Brie

Wine Pairing: Poderi Marcarini Moscato D’Asti

RECIPE

Ingredients:
- Brie wheel
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili oil (I used my fave Seven Spice chili oil)

Directions:
- Place Brie wheel in an oven safe Brie baking dish
- Score the top and then bake at 350 F for 10 minutes
- When the Brie is done baking, mix together honey and chili oil and microwave for 20 seconds.
- Pour over Brie and serve immediately with your favourite cracker, crostini, or fresh baked bread!
